Klamath Permit Application

 

 

NEW STATES RECOGNIZE THE UTAH NON-RESIDENT PERMIT:

NEVADA AND PENNSYLVANIA

 

Next class is Saturday, January 10, 2009 in Klamath Falls, Oregon at the Klamath County Fairgrounds 

Please pre-register so we can have your certificates ready to hand out to you at the end of the class.  You can pre-register by calling (541) 884-3016 after 5pm or by e-mail here

It will be an Oregon/Utah Certifying Class.

Price for the Oregon Certifying Class Only (4 Hours)  $40.00 per person.

If you already have the Oregon Permit and would like to get the Utah Permit $40.00 per person

For both Utah and Oregon (6 Hours)   $75.00 per person.

Why Utah?? 

You have the opportunity to carry concealed in 33 states (with an Oregon Permit as well).

Although there are many states that will recognize the Utah concealed firearm permit, the State of Utah has formal reciprocity with the following states:*

Alabama Alaska Colorado Florida Georgia
Louisiana Mississippi New Hampshire North Carolina North Dakota
Ohio Pennsylvania South Dakota Texas Washington State


The following states recognize the Utah concealed firearm permit.*

Arizona Arkansas Delaware Idaho Indiana
Kentucky Michigan Minnesota Missouri Montana
Nevada New Mexico Oklahoma Tennessee Vermont
Virginia Wyoming


The following states DO NOT recognize the Utah concealed firearm permit.*


We recommend that permit holders contact any state they are planning to visit and find out about that state’s concealed firearm laws.

 

 

Oregon concealed handgun permits are recognized in the following states (as of 1/1/2008)*

Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and Vermont

*As laws are always changing, be certain to check with the state that you will be traveling through and to to make sure that the status of the permits have not changed.
